Building High-Capability Bodies Through Structural Integrity
Performance Training and Corrective Exercise for Life and Sport
Stability In Motion
CORE SERVICES
Elite Performance Training
Designed for those who demand the most from their bodies, our Performance Training protocols focus on developing high-capability bodies that can handle the rigors of sport, duty and daily life. Our Performance Training protocols are built on 35 years of experience with U.S. Special Forces and elite athletics.
Target Audience: Athletes (14+), Tactical First Responders and High-Performing Civilians.
Key Outcome: Increased power, speed, agility and structural durability.
Corrective Exercise & Pain Reduction
Pain is often a signal of dysfunction. We don’t just treat the symptom; we fix the root cause. As a Corrective Exercise Specialist, Jeremy Levine utilizes precise diagnostics to identify structural imbalances. We restore integrity to the body, reducing pain and preventing future injury by correcting dysfunctional movement patterns.
Key Outcome: Elimination of chronic pain, improved posture and restored range of motion.
Human Capability Education & Longevity
Aging should not mean declining. Our longevity-focused training provides the education and physical conditioning needed to maintain a high quality of life from age 35 to 75 and beyond. We teach you how to maintain Stability in Motion, ensuring you remain capable, confident and independent.
Key Outcome: Long-term physical independence, bone density retention and sustained vitality.
The GRIP Method
Instead of starting on the feet—where compensations dominate—GRIP begins on the ground to remove momentum, strip away bad patterns and retrain the intrinsic stabilizers of the spine, pelvis and hips.
From there, GRIP progresses through controlled lever changes, precise isometrics and micro-band patterns to reintegrate the X-chains, breath mechanics and diagonal slings that create real-world athletic power, durability and efficiency.
GRIP is not a workout.
It is a performance upgrade built on:
- Ground-based reset patterns
- Pelvic floor and breath integration
- Deep stabilizer activation
- Spinal segmentation and control
- Diagonal sling and X-chain linkage
- Precise isometrics for tension control
- Movement microdosing to rapidly improve adaptation
- Layered progression from stability → strength → power → speed
It is method born from more than three decades of training experience and development working with:
- Special Forces operators
- Olympic and professional athletes
- Collegiate athletes
- High school and developmental athletes
- And adults looking to reclaim pain-free movement and performance for activities and adventures
GRIP is also the bridge between rehabilitation, strength training and long-term performance longevity.
Movement is the medicine!
