The GRIP Method

The GRIP Method (Gravity Reactive Integrated Performance) is a ground-up human performance system that rebuilds the body’s stability, power and movement intelligence by activating the deep, often neglected neuromuscular structures that control how the body loads, transfers and delivers force.

Instead of starting on the feet—where compensations dominate—GRIP begins on the ground to remove momentum, strip away bad patterns and retrain the intrinsic stabilizers of the spine, pelvis and hips.
