About Me

Jeremy Levine: The Mind Behind the GRIP Method

I am a Human Performance Architect with more than three and a half decades of experience studying and applying the principles that restore human movement, rebuild structural integrity, and extend the body’s physical capacity for work, sport and life.

Early Observations

My work in human performance began in the mid-1990s while embedded within the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams, where early efforts were underway to better understand how to preserve the physical capacity of highly trained operators. During more than a decade working within Special Operations and military environments, I gained extensive exposure to the physical demands, injury patterns and structural breakdowns that occur when the body is pushed without proper restorative processes and structural support.

These experiences provided a rare perspective on how the body adapts under extreme physical demands—and how long-term physical capacity can either be preserved or gradually lost.

The Next 35+ Years

Over the course of more than thirty-five years, I have applied these principles across a wide range of environments, working with professional, Olympic and collegiate athletes, as well as individuals from all walks of life seeking to restore their bodies, improve movement and maintain the strength and resilience required to remain active throughout life.

Through this work, I recognized a fundamental truth: the same foundational stabilizing systems that sustain elite performers are the systems that determine whether anyone—athlete or not—maintains the structural integrity, stability and physical confidence needed to live actively as they age.

 Development of the GRIP Method

These decades of real-world observation and application led to my development of the GRIP Method—Gravity Reactive Integrated Performance—my proprietary system designed to restore and enhance the body’s structural physical capacity.

The GRIP Method focuses on reconnecting the stabilizing systems of the body, rebuilding structural integrity and restoring the movement patterns that allow individuals to generate strength, stabilize under load and sustain physical capability over the long term.

Intelligent Training for the Long Game

Our approach is designed for adults who may dislike traditional gym programs but demand results. We utilize the GRIP Method, a stabilizer-first system that tightens the cables (your breath, spine and pelvis) to restore balance and stability.

By correcting dysfunctional movement patterns, we help you build a foundation that supports an active, adventurous lifestyle. This is Longevity Training that makes you “Every Day Strong”.

Built for Action and Adventure

Our Longevity Focused Physical Training 35-75 program is specifically tailored for:
