Introducing Jeremy Levine’s GRIP Method

Gravity Reactive Integrated Performance

I’m Jeremy Levine, and the GRIP Method (Gravity Reactive Integrated Performance) is my proprietary training system, developed through decades of real-world application working with elite athletes, tactical operators and individuals seeking to rebuild their bodies and reclaim their physical capability.

Throughout my career, I observed a consistent problem: most training programs focused on producing strength and performance without first addressing the structural systems that allow the body to function properly.

I designed the GRIP Method to solve that problem.

Performance Becomes the Natural By-Product of Restored Structure: Restore the Structure, Enhance Capacity, and Strength & Performance Follows

The GRIP Method Restores & Enhances Your Physical Capacity

GRIP is designed to restore and enhance the body’s structural physical capacity—reconnecting the stabilizing systems that support efficient movement and protect the body under load. These systems include the pelvic floor, spinal stabilizers and the integrated muscular sling networks that coordinate movement throughout the entire body.

Training Begins From the Ground Up

A defining feature of GRIP is that much of the early work begins on the ground. Ground-based training removes the compensations that occur when the body stands under load, allowing the deeper stabilizing muscles to re-engage and function as they were designed to.

Through a progressive sequence of movement patterns, the body re-learns how to stabilize, coordinate and distribute force through its natural structural chains. As these systems reconnect, movement becomes more efficient, joints are better protected and the body regains the ability to generate strength without unnecessary strain.

Once the body’s structural physical capacity is restored and enhanced, strength, endurance and higher levels of training can be layered on top of a stable, integrated and resilient system.

The Result: a body that moves better, feels stronger, experiences less pain and maintains its physical capability for decades.
